How much does debt collection in Poland cost?

Our fees

The debtor analysis is free of charge. For debtors in Poland our commission is 18% net of the amount recovered. For debtors outside Poland it is 25% net. The minimum commission is PLN 690 net per case. VAT is charged in accordance with applicable regulations.

No upfront fees

There is no subscription and no entry fee. If we do not recover any money in the amicable stage, you do not pay a commission. All terms are agreed in writing before we start.

Court costs

If the case goes to court, which happens only with your consent, the creditor pays the court fee when filing the claim. As a rule, the court orders the losing debtor to reimburse the costs of the proceedings, but actual recovery of these costs depends on successful enforcement. Before suggesting a lawsuit, we present the expected costs and chances.
